The building/demolition permit is the administrative act issued by Brebu Nou Town Hall that allows the execution of construction works.
- Who can apply
- The owner of the land, of the building or the holder of a real or personal right over the property · the investor, under the contract concluded with the owner.
- Required documents
- Standard form (F.8) · valid urbanism certificate · updated land register extract · technical project in three copies (DTAC – technical documentation for the building permit) · the authorisations and approvals mentioned in the urbanism certificate · proof of payment of the authorisation fee.
- How to apply
- In person or through a representative, at the Urban Planning Department · standard forms are available at Urban planning forms.
- Issuance deadline
- Maximum 30 days from the date of registration of the complete application · for complex works or interventions on historical monuments, the deadline may be extended by another 30 days.
- Validity
- 12 months from the date of issue for the start of execution · the duration of execution declared in the application · may be extended once, on request, before expiry.
- Cost
- Authorisation fee: 0.5% of the authorised value of the works, under the Romanian Fiscal Code (art. 474 para. (5)) · for personal residential property: 0.1% · additionally, fees for the required approvals.
- Commencement of works
- Obligation to notify the date of commencement of works · obligation to comply with the approved project · any modification requires a modified building permit.
