- Sanitation (waste collection)
- Service organised under Romanian Law no. 101/2006 on local sanitation services · may be delegated to a private operator through a concession contract · citizens' obligation: individual or group contract with the operator; separate waste collection · collection schedules and tariffs are published on the notice board and the site.
- Public lighting
- Regulated by Romanian Law no. 230/2006 on public lighting services · organised by the Town Hall, in partnership with the Enel distribution operator · maintenance of the installations (lamp replacement, repairs) is carried out upon citizen reports, through a specialised contractor.
- Water supply and sewerage
- Service regulated by Romanian Law no. 241/2006 on water supply and sewerage services · may be provided in-house, through inter-communal association or through contract with regional operators · specific details (existing networks, tariffs, operator contact) are published separately.
- Management of green spaces and public domain
- Maintenance of parks, street alignments, green areas within the built-up area · sanitation of streets and pavements · winter snow removal · cemetery maintenance · regulated by Local Council decisions and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 71/2002 on the organisation and functioning of public services for the administration of the public and private domain.
- Emergency situations
- Provided by Voluntary Emergency Service (SVSU), in cooperation with ISU Semenic · regulated by Romanian Law no. 481/2004.
- Reports and complaints
- Malfunctions in public services (faulty lighting, uncollected waste, leaks etc.) · report to the Town Hall by e-mail, phone or in person · response within 30 days under Government Ordinance no. 27/2002.
