- Friday, 12:00–14:00 · mandatory booking at least 2 working days in advance · at the Town Hall or by phone.
- Audiences with the Deputy Mayor
- Tuesday, 10:00–12:00 · booking at the secretariat · for matters delegated by mayoral order (urbanism, communal management, sports, culture).
- Audiences with the Secretary General
- Wednesday, 10:00–12:00 · booking at the secretariat · for matters of legality, administrative acts, decisional transparency.

- Urgent cases
- Outside the established schedule, audiences may be granted for urgent situations that cannot be postponed · the request is made by phone, with motivation.
- Local councillor audiences
- The schedule of each local councillor will be published at Local Council composition once set by the councillors.
