- Internal Regulation (ROI)
- Sets out the rights and obligations of the employer and employees · rules of labour discipline and sanctions · the disciplinary dismissal procedure · rules on observance of the non-discrimination principle · approved by mayoral order, after consultation with the employees' representatives.
- Local Council Regulation
- Establishes the procedures for holding Local Council sessions, the way the councillors exercise their mandate, the procedure for adopting decisions · approved by a dedicated Local Council decision.

- Written procedures for the activities specific to each department · mandatory under Standard 9 of the Internal Managerial Control System (see SCIM) · approved by mayoral order.

- Any amendment to administrative regulations is published under the procedure of Romanian Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency, in the case of acts of normative character.
