Specialised commissions organised by the Local Council of Brebu Nou Commune, under art. 124 of GEO no. 57/2019 (Administrative Code).
- Role
- The commissions analyse the Local Council’s draft resolutions and issue advisory opinions before debate in the plenary meeting.
- Economic and financial commission
- Budget, local taxes and duties, procurement, patrimony, communal services.
- Urban planning and land use commission
- Urban planning documents (PUG, PUZ, PUD), permits, environment, agriculture, local development.
- Legal and public administration commission
- Mandate validation, Local Council regulations, public order, discipline, sport, culture, education and social assistance.
- Nominal composition
- The members of each commission are appointed by Local Council resolution. The nominal list is being prepared for publication.
