The Electronic Single Point of Contact (PCUe) is the national platform allowing service providers from the European Economic Area to carry out, by electronic means, the administrative formalities required for access to a service activity in the territory of Romania.
- Who can use PCUe
- Service providers (authorised natural persons, legal entities) wishing to obtain authorisations, licences, attestations or other administrative documents · from Romania or the European Economic Area, under EU Directive 2006/123/EC on services.
- What can be requested via PCUe from the Town Hall
- Operating authorisations for service activities carried out within the commune · specific authorisations (terraces, street trade etc.) · any administrative document falling within the scope of the Services Directive.
- How to access
- Portal: edirect.e-guvernare.ro · identification by Virtual Private Space account or electronic signature · selection of authority (Brebu Nou Town Hall) and the type of request.
- Required documents
- Documents are attached in electronic format, under the requirements for each type of request · qualified electronic signature for documents requiring authentication.
- Response deadline
- The legal deadline for each type of request (variable) · the response is transmitted electronically, via PCUe · administrative silence is considered consent (in the case of declarative authorisations).
- Cost
- According to tariffs set by Local Council decision for each type of authorisation · payment can be made directly via PCUe.
