Notices will be published here as drafts are initiated. Until then, the section serves as a structure prepared for the flow.
- What is published here
- Public consultation notices for each draft normative act · the full text of the draft · the explanatory memorandum or approval note · any impact studies · the deadline for receiving proposals · the minutes of the debate (after it is held).
- Publication deadline
- Notice: at least 30 working days before the draft is submitted for adoption (except in urgent situations under art. 7 para. (13) of Romanian Law no. 52/2003) · deadline for receiving proposals: minimum 10 working days · minutes of the debate: within at most 10 working days from the holding.
- How proposals are submitted
- By e-mail to primaria@brebunou.ro · by post to the Town Hall address · verbally, with an entry in the proposals register · all proposals received are registered and examined.
- Who can request a public debate
- Any legally constituted association or another public authority · the request is made within 10 days from the publication of the notice · a public debate is mandatory when properly requested.
