Draft normative acts under public consultation at Brebu Nou Town Hall, under Romanian Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency.
The list of drafts under public consultation will be updated as they are initiated. Each draft is kept under consultation for at least 10 working days for the receipt of proposals and suggestions.

- The text of the draft · the explanatory memorandum or approval note · the deadline for receiving comments · the officer responsible for receiving proposals.
- Legal deadlines
- The notice is published at least 30 working days before the draft is submitted for adoption, under art. 7 para. (2) of Romanian Law no. 52/2003 (except in urgent situations under art. 7 para. (13)) · The deadline for receiving proposals is a minimum of 10 working days from publication.
