The standard form provided in Annex no. 4 to the Methodological Norms for the application of Romanian Law no. 544/2001 on free access to information of public interest.
The form is completed with the applicant’s identification data and the information requested in a clear and precise manner, in accordance with art. 6 of Romanian Law no. 544/2001. The institution’s response is transmitted within a maximum of 10 days or, where applicable, 30 days for information requiring more extensive documentation, in accordance with art. 7 para. (1) of the law.
