- Medical death certificate (original) · identity document of the deceased (original) · identity document of the declarant · for violent death: clearance issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office to continue formalities.
- Registration deadline
- 3 days from the date of death for natural death · 48 hours for violent or suspicious death · failure to observe the deadline triggers the special procedure of late registration.
