Register of proposals, suggestions and opinions submitted by citizens in the public consultation process, kept by Brebu Nou Town Hall under Romanian Law no. 52/2003.
The register opens with the first draft normative act submitted to public consultation and is updated as observations are recorded.

- Identification of the draft to which the proposal refers · the name and contact details of the person who made the proposal · the content of the proposal · the date of registration · the way of handling (full/partial adoption/rejection) with reasons.
- How proposals are registered
- Proposals received by e-mail, post or verbally are registered in the order of their receipt, with an entry number at the registry.
- Legal framework
- Romanian Law no. 52/2003, art. 7 para. (5) and art. 7 para. (10) lit. d) · the obligation of the authority to keep records of all proposals received and to indicate in the minutes of the debate the reasons for their adoption or rejection.
